Rampur Railway station (RMU) lies in between the Moradabad and Bareilly railway line, at the junction point of Kathgodam line. This station is managed and maintained by Northern Railways. Though the station has no trains starting from here, innumerable number of trains pass this station from different cities to different destinations. Avadh Assam Express, Kashi Vishwanath Express, Ganga Sutlej Express, Jammu Tawi-Sealdah Express, Satyagraha Express and Howrah-Amritsar Express are others are connected through this station. Moradabad railway station is located almost 30 Km in the west and Bareilly is the nearest south-east station.
